"Hot pot palace gets a 10/10. The staff were really nice at the front, assisted throughout the process and guided us in the menu and buffet. The food was real nice. I loved that the prawns and muscles had been cleaned properly and was really good quality, didn't shrink or anything tasted great. Cuts of beef were fresh and melted like butter. Overall the staff was fluent in english and for that i was highly appreciative. Yummy food good service. Judges score you... a 10"

"My family has been coming here since they opened and our experience has always been consistently good. Food is always fresh and comes out fast, they have a wide variety of soup bases and you can choose from 1,2 or 4. There is a wide range of food to choose from and unlike other hotpot buffets, your order from QR code and then they bring the food to your table rather than it being out for all the customers to touch. It’s always a great experience and I highly recommend!!"
