"Tried a hotpot place in Canley Heights today and it was honestly better than I expected. The broth was flavourful, the ingredients were fresh, and everything came out really fast. The staff were friendly and checked on our table often, which made the whole meal feel super comfortable. The price was reasonable for the portion, and the place was clean and not too smoky inside. Overall, a solid spot for anyone craving hotpot in the area. I’d definitely come back."

"Hot pot palace gets a 10/10. The staff were really nice at the front, assisted throughout the process and guided us in the menu and buffet. The food was real nice. I loved that the prawns and muscles had been cleaned properly and was really good quality, didn't shrink or anything tasted great. Cuts of beef were fresh and melted like butter. Overall the staff was fluent in english and for that i was highly appreciative. Yummy food good service. Judges score you... a 10"

Food is always fresh and comes out fast, they have a wide variety of soup bases and you can choose from 1,2 or 4. There is a wide range of food to choose from and unlike other hotpot buffets, your order from QR code and then they bring the food to your table rather than it being out for all the customers to touch. It’s always a great experience and I highly recommend!!"
